With only four days before the Donda 2 listening party, Kanye West decided to stream a 24 hour live video of his room at the Mercedes-Benz stadium. We were tasked with finding a way of streaming it on all seven continents in those 72 hours. We secured over sixty locations on six continents. Our first goal was to use digital screens or projectors with hotspots, which accounted for about half our sites, and the others we used existing LED screens and digital trucks. The only reason we it didn’t stream to the Antarctic, was Palmer Station only had a 10:30PM-12:00 PM slot available to show it, and the scientists weren’t available.
